Dr. Swagger, CEO of Combined Expertise, Inc. is an urban kid all grown up. She’s earned four university degrees, including a Ph.D and MBA. Her coaching credentials are awarded by the International Coaching Federation, ICF. An accomplished educator and author, Dr. Swagger has written and earned more than $10 million in competitive grants, founded charter schools, spoken on national stages and coached entrepreneurs to their success.

She is also the founder and host of the Swagg University podcast where she teaches and inspires entrepreneurs and leaders to pursue life and business with purpose and direction. Dr. Swagger has been an educator, community and business leader for the past 30 years and continues to lead business start-ups, community partnerships, and other impactful ventures.
